Espresso Hour has no account system and no user-generated content, so we use Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) rather than a custom one. You can read it here: Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The game offers one optional in-app purchase, the ad-free unlock. It is sold and processed by Apple, and Apple's EULA above is the licence that covers it; we add no separate purchase terms. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us — request one through reportaproblem.apple.com. The purchase is restorable on any device signed in to the same Apple Account, from RESTORE PURCHASES in the game's Settings.
On Android, the game is distributed through Google Play, and the Google Play Terms of Service cover your use of it. There the ad-free unlock is sold and processed by Google through Google Play Billing; we add no separate purchase terms. Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's refund policy, not by us. The purchase is restorable on any device signed in to the same Google Account, from RESTORE PURCHASES in the game's Settings.
If this game is later distributed outside the App Store and Google Play, or gains an account system, this page will be updated with the specific terms that apply to that distribution.
